Please contact our office by phone or email to make an appointment. Our office responds immediately to emergency calls. Appointments are always available for new patients.

Financial

We are happy to submit all insurance forms on your behalf and get the most back from your benefits. We will help you as much as we can to afford the treatment you need and want. For patients needing major work, we provide customized financial options. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards and cash.

Cancellation

We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel. Advance notice allows us to schedule another patient for that time slot. Please note that a fee may be assessed if a patient misses an appointment without sufficient notice.
